Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with tags attached.
Please note items returned with an authorization, but past the original window of 14 days will be subject to a restocking fee, based on how long the item has been out of the store.
All sale items are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

Returns without a Return authorization number are not accepted and are subject to refusal. If you still decide to send an unauthorized return, please note that you may not be refunded, and you may incur additional shipping fees.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
two birds will process your order by the next business day, Monday - Friday, holidays excluded. Orders are shipped from San Francisco, Ca. Residents of California will pay a 7.5% state sales tax on their purchase.
All domestic orders are sent USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business day delivery to most locations) or Fedex Ground. A shipment confirmation email will be sent with the tracking number. All orders are shipped with a signature required. You may choose to waive the signature at checkout. By waiving signature, you assume full liability for the package if lost or stolen.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
